Tau exists to help you understand your own body. That only works if you trust us with it. This page is a plain summary of how we handle your information; it is a placeholder to be replaced with the full, reviewed policy before launch.
What we hold
With your consent, Tau brings together information you choose to share — such as assessments, bloodwork, wearable and lifestyle data — so your care team can read it as one connected picture.
Where it lives
Your records are stored in Singapore, encrypted, and access-controlled. Only the people on your care team who need to see a given record can see it, and every access is logged.
How it’s used
We use your information to understand your health and guide your reset. Where analysis involves outside services, data is de-identified wherever possible, and we work only with providers that contractually agree not to train on or retain it. We do not sell your data.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time. Write to hello@tauhealth.sg.
